How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products, perishable goods, or personalised items. Please check the product page for any specific return restrictions before purchasing.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (e.g. you received the wrong item or a damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if applicable. Be sure to provide photos of the damage to help expedite the process.

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund or exchange if the return package is lost and we do not receive it. Be sure to retain proof of postage.
