How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order through our website by browsing the products, selecting the items, and proceeding to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order.

What is the availability of the products?

Our website features an extensive range of products, readily accessible for browsing. If an item is out of stock after you've ordered it, we'll either offer a refund or source it from trusted suppliers.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been processed, contact us to cancel and receive a full refund. If it's been dispatched, you can refuse delivery or return it for a full refund, though a £10 fee applies for refusing delivery.

How can I monitor the status of my order?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also monitor the status of your order through your account section on the website.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We strive to process orders as quickly as we can and orders received before 16:30 Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day if the items are in stock. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery method you have selected and your location, but most orders will be delivered within 1 - 5 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change, but once the order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery details.

What happens if I am not available to receive my order?

If you're not available, you can track your order and provide delivery instructions. Our parcels have a 'leave safe policy' and are rain-resistant to ensure safety.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products, perishable goods, or personalised items. Please check the product page for any specific return restrictions before purchasing.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

We take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
